from KATOWICE to Sosnowiec: find the bus station in Katowice on Piotra Skargi Street, the bus line 40 will take you straight to the Department of Philologies - get off the bus at the "Sosnowiec Pogoń Orla" stop; approximately 20-30 minutes

from Kraków-Balice Airport to Kraków - city centre:

there are three municipal bus lines (208, 252 and 902 - a night line) that run from Kraków Airport. There is also a train operated by Koleje Małopolskie will take you to the Main Railway Station in Kraków.

from Kraków to Katowice:

there are many buses departing from Kraków Dworzec Autobusowy (Main Bus Station) that will take you to Katowice Piotra Skargi Street; approximately 1 hour

from Warsaw Chopin Airport:

Warsaw Chopin Airport is served by two Szybka Kolej Miejska (Fast Urban Railway) lines, S2 and S3.

SKM S2 and S3 trains provide service along the following route: WARSZAWA LOTNISKO CHOPINA (Warsaw Chopin Airport) – Warszawa Służewiec – Warszawa Żwirki i Wigury – Warszawa Rakowiec – Warszawa Al. Jerozolimskie – Warszawa Zachodnia (this is your final stop where you need to change trains)

then, from the railway station Warszawa Zachodnia, take a PKP Intercity train to Katowice; approximately 2-3 hours
